PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

When it comes to printing, we know our stuff.

Astleys have been printing and decorating products for over 50 years. Lithographic printing led to garment decoration and eventually to promotional goods too. Most clients of ours don't start as experts in printing processes. But will have an idea or know what they want their garments and corporate gifts to look like, but sometimes it's difficult to know where to start.

Fortunately, you have Astleys team at hand. We’re experienced decoration professionals who are determined to make your project a real success. Our on-staff experts will walk you through the entire process (even do a little hand-holding if needed) and help you choose the best printing solution for your company or event.

Whatever the product; garments, promotional products and gifts, signage or even straight forward print, we are here to help and advise. We don't list products on our website - the offering is simply too broad and we prefer to help our clients from the very start by establishing objectives, budgets and time-scales at the very start, to ensure that we deliver our promises and produce the best possible products for you.

Custom screen printing, embroidery, digital or transfer.

Astleys uses the most up-to-date screen printing equipment and the highest quality inks. Our embroidery is second to none and we have the heat-presses in house to ensure a super speedy response. You can trust us with your project. We go out of our way to make sure the quality printing is unsurpassed.

Our team will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy.

RESOLUTION OF PRINTING

Screen printing, digital and transfer printing can produce stunning effects with great resolution, carrying fine details that simply aren't possible with embroidery.

The transfers that we use are industrially rated so wash extremely well and don't rub off or peel.

Direct to garment printing is also an option for printing low quantities of complex images onto garments.

SAMPLING

Once we have agreed how your logo is to appear, we will produce a sample of your transfer logo for you to approve. At this point we will also agree with you the final positioning of the logo(s) on your garments.

This is our 'Sign-off' (we call it our GMCP27 form) it is part of our quality control system and the sheet follows your garments to ensure that the instructions are followed and you get what you've asked for, with the correct logo appearing on the right garments in the right size and colours.

RUSH JOBS DON'T WORK

We have found over many years of producing promotional goods that rush-jobs are the ones where things often go awry. Putting logos on products is a time consuming process and getting it right takes some time. Also jobs have to be booked in to available slots in our production schemes.

Whilst we will always attempt to get your projects completed to the timescales you need, it is always better to plan extra time so that things are not rushed. As a rule of thumb, we generally quote 10-14 working days from sign-off of our GMCP27 form.

We will NEVER produce logo'd items without this form - it's your reputation we're protecting as well as our own.

STOCK HOLDING ON GARMENTS

One of the big advantages of heat transfers for garments is that you don't need long to apply badges and we can keep them in stock for you. If you have a regular requirement, we will be happy to discuss holding stock of some blank garments, and simply require a simple underwriting agreement. This can speed up the process of getting uniform to new starters and removes pressure from you.
