With these performance characteristics the H 16-500 is suitable for paint stripping (higher temperatures sometimes required, ref table page 88), forming plastic tubes to radius, welding plastic tarpaulin sheet together for the transport and outdoor leisure industries, shrinking wire wrap, activating and deactivating adhesives, carrying out plastic seem welding, e.g. floor tiles, automotive repair, orthotics and prosthetics. With thermal fuse to protect in case of overheating.
